Served as Creative Marketing Director & Content Producer for Chuck Norris's Houston-based non-profit Kickstart, creating marketing assets that regularly aired on local TV stations and featured at high-profile fundraising events. Personally hired by Chuck Norris and first role in creative leadership.

Contributions:
• Designed content, elements, and layout for organization website "kickstartkids.org".
• End-to-end video production: writing, scheduling shoots, talent acquisition, on-site & in-studio filming, post-production editing, motion graphics, VFX.
• Designed new brand mark which was chosen by Chuck & Gena Norris over designs from Houston's leading advertising agency proposals.
• Media management: communication between broadcast stations, stakeholders, donors, and administrative staff. Managed assets and media server infrastructure.
